Standard Terms and Conditions

• This draw is operated strictly within the governing rules and definition of Private Society Lottery.
• A ticket may be sold or supplied only by or on behalf of the promoter’s
• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom
• Tickets (and the rights they represent) are non transferable
• The maximum number of tickets that may be purchased by one individual is [[ event.max_tickets ]].
• Winners will be drawn randomly by means of automated system selection
• There will be no rollover of prizes from one lottery to another
• Cash prizes; winner(s) will be drawn at random from total sold tickets as at the closing date. Where the value of publicised cash prizes exceeds total proceeds the promoter, if they so choose, will be entitled to distribute proceeds proportionately amongst the winners
• Alcoholic prizes; if a winning ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned by the promoter’s
• Issue or distribution of prizes is the sole responsibility of the promoter’s
• The result of the lottery draw is final.  No correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event of cancellation, the promoter’s will be responsible for the issue of refunds
• The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the lottery is final
• My Club Hub Limited takes no responsibility for the promotion or management of the lottery or for the running of fundraising activities.

Maximum 10 tickets per person.

Prize £125 or 50% of sales at the closing date (£125 or 50% of sales to team).

Sales will close on Saturday 16th Dec 12.00 noon (or when all tickets are sold).
