MCH Sports is a trading style of My Club Hub Limited (SC511947). MCH Sports has carefully selected Colin Campbell Sports Limited (SC101183) as its chosen Teamwear supplier for the provision of Macron Teamwear products and services.

Timescales & Costs

Colin Campbell Sports commitment to you is that they will complete and ship your order within 3 weeks or 15 working days. Whilst there will always be an element of variability in these quoted timelines, Colin Campbell Sports always endeavours to exceed expectations and will typically achieve full turnaround within 2 weeks or 10 working days. Should there be any issues with fulfilment timelines they will contact you accordingly.

Colin Campbell Sports can only ship to the United Kingdom. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

Personalised Products

Personalisation of Teamwear products will will be completed within quoted turnaround timescales above. Orders will also be subject of standard delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on any items that have been personalised or altered in any way. Please be sure you are satisfied with your product before submitting an order for personalisation.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK.
All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas (e.g. Highlands & Islands), we reserve the right to make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value or applying a delivery charge).
You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and issue refunds or replacement items within 28 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later on the following basis:

unworn and undamaged items that are no longer wanted or incorrectly sized	any items that have been personalised or altered in any way

In the unlikely event of a product arriving to you in a damaged condition, we will offer a replacement within 5 working days. Sizing exchanges will be completed within 3 working days. Refunds will be processed with 5-10 working days following receipt of returned goods.
